Andaman and Nicobar optical fiber inaugurated by PM Modi

10 Aug 2020, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated optical fiber cable laying under the sea for the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. With the commissioning of this cable, the dream of high-speed broadband internet in Andaman and Nicobar will be fulfilled as well as business and tourism will get a boost.

Explain that this submarine optical fiber cable connectivity project was also launched by PM Modi in 2018, now it was launched by them. With this launching, Airtel has started ultra fast 4G service in the island. With this, Airtel has become the first mobile operator in the country to launch Ultra 4G service in the island.
