Uber launches auto retail service in India; The hourly rent is Rs 169


Bengaluru: Uber has already implemented auto rental services in India. Now the company has launched a retail service. This means that a person can rent an Uber car on an hourly basis. The system will be available 24 hours a day and a person can rent a car for a maximum of 8 hours a day. You have to pay Rs 169 for a 10 km journey or 1 hour. On this occasion, customers can complete their work by parking at various places.

The service will now be available in Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune and will be rolled out to other cities in the next phase, the company said. According to Nitish Bhushan, head of Uber South Asia Marketing, it will benefit both consumers and users.
