Jharkhand Governor Draupadi Murmu Covid-19 Positive; Hospitalized For Treatment

RANCHI: Jharkhand Governor Draupadi Murmu Covid-19 was positive on Saturday, a doctor at the Raj Bhavan said.
"During the 'RT-PCR4' test, Governor Covid-18 was found to be infected after the sample came in positive," he said. He has been admitted to Bhagwan Mahabir Medical Superspeciality Hospital4 in Ranchi. His treatment is under the supervision of Dr. Vijay Mishra.

There is nothing to worry about for the governor's health. "She is OK. She has a mild Covida-18 infection. He will be kept under medical supervision for two days, said a medical practitioner at the hospital. Sources said Murmu was suspected to have come in contact with a Covid-19 infected person on April 9.
