Padma Shri Dr KK Aggarwal passes away due to Covid19

New Delhi: Padma Shri Dr KK Aggarwal passed away on Monday at 11:30 pm at New Delhi’s All India Institute of Medical Sciences on Monday. He fought a lengthy battle with covid19.

The 62 year old was admitted to AIIMS for the past several days and was on ventilator support since last week.

Dr K. K. Aggarwal was an Indian physician and cardiologist, President of the Heart Care Foundation of India and the Past National President of Indian Medical Association. In 2010, the Government of India honored him with the Padma Shri, India’s fourth-highest civilian award, for his contributions to the field of medicine.
