McDonald's app leaked customer data


Cyber security firm Fallible on Saturday revealed that McDonald's app McDelivery has reportedly leaked the personal information of its customers for an unspecified duration of time. According to the reports, the app leaked information like name, email address, phone number, home address, accurate home coordinates, and social profile links of more than 2.2 million customers.

The quick service restaurant’s statement came after a post on independent blogpost hackernoon claimed that McDonald’s India’s mobile app is leaking data of 2.2 million users. Fast-food major McDonald’s on Saturday said its website.
