Mumbai: Bollywood super star Shashi Kapoor passes at the age of 79.
Shashi Kapoor was born as Balbir Raj Kapoor on March 18, 1938 in Calcutta and worked in over 175 films as an actor. This talented actor came from a the famous family of Kapoors. Born to filmmaker and actor father Prithviraj Kapoor, he was also brother to successful actors Raj Kapoor and Shammi Kapoor at the same time. Married to Anglo-Indian theatre actress Jennifer Kendal, he had three children; Kunal, Karan and Sanjana Kapoor.
