Lockdown may increase in these five states of the country, decision will be taken on Monday


The case of corona virus is increasing continuously in the country. In view of the increasing transition, PM Modi has extended the lockdown period to 3 May. But the chief ministers of many states are considering extending the lockdown even after 3 May. At the same time, the Delhi government also wants to extend the lockdown in its state till May 16, in view of the cases of corona infection. At the same time, five more states of the country have indicated to increase the lockdown.

After Maharashtra, the Chief Ministers of Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Punjab and Odisha have also hinted at increasing the lockdown after 3 May. No concession of any kind will be given in these states. Apart from this, there are six states which say that they will follow the orders of the Central Government, these states - Himachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Haryana and Gujarat. At the same time, Assam, Bihar and Kerala say that she will take any decision only after the video conferencing with PM Modi with the Chief Ministers of State and Union Territories on Monday.

The number of patients infected with the corona virus in the country has increased to 26,476. At the same time, the death toll from Corona has risen to 829. Apart from this, 6,024 people have recovered after treatment, who have been discharged and sent home. There are 19,626 active cases of corona in India.
